The people that worked at Le Calette were so incredibly kind and helpful and were really welcoming, they could not have done enough for their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!!

The property looks beautiful, but if you take a deeper look into everything you’ll find that for the price you pay it’s definitely not worth it. Some of the areas are dated. The pool area has a Jacuzzi that is cold, the staff are not super friendly. We had a check in issue. It’s too long to write about, but it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of common sense happening at this hotel. You would expect if you’re paying over $1000 a night you would at a nice resort. Not feeling that here. The staff at the restaurants are however, unbelievably amazing We thoroughly enjoyed our time at those particular places.

Regarding the check-in issue, after further investigation, we found that it was related to a third-party booking platform. Unfortunately, due to the booking policies of the third-party, we were unable to make changes without adhering to their terms. We apologize if this situation caused discomfort, and we will ensure that our team provides clearer explanations in the future, while consistently delivering the warm hospitality for which we are known.As for the Jacuzzi, it is not heated during the summer due to the high outdoor temperatures, in order to offer a more refreshing experience to our guests. However, during the cooler months, it is heated for comfort and relaxation.We greatly value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We only stayed for 1 night. This hotel is a top. I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place before. We got an upgrade to a deluxe room. Clean, spacious, modern, quite,... Breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from. Gym and spa we did not have time to use. I would Recommend to stay there. Water in the swimming could be a bit warmer thou. Great views. We loved it!!!
