Obvious staff shortage , very kind bathroom so crowded and toilet so Low that I was afraid .hotel obviously an attempt to fix and expand an out moded facility. Really not acceptable for elderly or physically impaired . Front desk staff very gracious and helpful , but have very little to work with.

This property was horrendous. We get there and we are told there’s $100 deposit which we were not aware of in the beginning. We would have booked somewhere else. A neighboring hotel only had a deposit of $50. The front desk receptionist got an attitude with me and finally gave us our keys and when we walked in our room it reeked of cigarette smoke, I went looking around at the room and taking pictures of things that were not up to par and I got at least 15 pictures. The area above the sink is chipping away and dirty, the carpet right in the doorway is ripped up like a dog torrent, the metal inside the microwave is chipping away which can’t be sanitary or safe, there’s obvious water damage in the bathroom, on the lampshade, and on the bed frames. One of the bed frames was even cracked. The frame was sticking so far out on one of the beds that I hit my ankle and the other frame was being held together or something by duct tape. The office chair had a big rip in the seat, there was a dust literally everywhere in the room, especially on the vent in the bathroom. The sink had a bunch of black nasty stuff in it. There was a brown substance right above the toilet paper dispenser and on the dresser in the room itself. There was a hole kicked into the bathroom door at some point in time which was patched up poorly. We also found a squished cigarette butt and a ton of crumbs shoved towards the head of the bed tucked by the wall. The breakfast Was mediocre. All in all this was horrible

Firstly 100 deposit and fee is mentioned in the website at the time you reserve the room. But we will discuss with third party agency where you booked to see if they can put a better visibility.

Staff was very nice. Place was exactly what we needed. Decent place to stay the night.

No one was at the front desk when checking out. Rang the bell multiple times to notify someone (as instructed) with no response. I had to go to the breakfast area to get them.

At 3 am there was a group of people in the next roo that were loud and partying loudly. They must have come from a bar and planned to continue the party at the motel. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room wasn't working

Room was clean but seemed damp.Staff was helpful and courteous.
