The flush wasn't working in the room, and we could smell smoke in the corridor when it was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.

Keys get deactivated so easy and after 7pm no staff on duty. Use the house phne to get someone but nobody answered. I was locked out of hotel for 3 hours. Not returning.

It was okay. Lots of random inconviences though. Took awhile to get let in and was late at night and we were all really tired and just stood there for 15 minutes for door to open
then the batteries in the remote would not work so we couldnt change the channel, we asked for more pilows but they said they had no more and it was just one pillow that was very flat, when i put my phone charger in, it got smokey and I had to take it out and remove it. Just wasnt a great experience.. luckily we were so tired we just crashed but wouldnt reccomend.
