The room was clean… the breakfast was good… and the staff was helpful… I also enjoyed the pictures of Bryce Canyon on the walls…

Our room was not overly clean. There was stains on the seat. Hair all over the shower and no body wash left. Service was okay the front desk said very little on check in and check out .

mold in the bathroom ceiling but the biggest issue is upstairs I assume the cleaning personnel made noise all night until I finally had enough and left at 4 am. Also it must have been a smoking room at one time because as anon smoker it was not hard to smell it. rated 9 thats totally wrong shame on you and your overpriced hotel

The breakfast food was not refilled as it needed to be for the number of people that were having breakfast.
We arrived early because we unexpectedly stayed there and were accommodated with a room that was ready.
The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The room darkening curtain kept the room nice and dark. The temperature control was good. It’s a very nice hotel.
