Location accessible, limited supplies of toiletries. I was charged a fee but no explanation why I was charged.

I stayed one night on Sept. 27. I gave the hotel $100 on my credit card as a security deposit. I was told that it would be refunded to my credit card by Oct. 1. It is Oct. 6 and I have not received the $100 refund yet.

Another one to never stay at again. The room smelled when we first entered. The white towels were dingy and looked very thin and not clean. We wore our water shoes in the shower bc the shower looked dirty.The location was not the greatest, people hanging around that looked like were homeless. We give this hotel a terrible rating.

You get what you pay for. Budget price, budget property. Could use some basic care like light bulbs and working lamps. But clean and good bed, plenty of hot water.

A Nice Little Budget Motel - Best Location

This is a small family operation, so it's a bit older and not updated. They don't have a 24 hour front desk and they don't service your room every day (if you're staying more than 1 night). But, it is the most convenient location in Downtown Cedar City - walk to everything including the Shakespeare Festival/SUU. The staff is friendly and they have basic breakfast.
