Great service with a clean property. Considering the price, it was a great breakfast. Only issue was the ice machine was out of order, but that didn't actually affect me.

Room was horrible!!!!! We had to check out the same night! We have never had to do that!The bed felt like we were laying on box springs, our backs immediately started to hurt when we layed down.carpet was very dirty, couch was dirty. Phone didn't work. TV wouldn't change channels, The non smoking room stunk! Faucet was broken, we could barely turn it on. Worst experience we have ever had at a hotel! We want a refund.

Liked the breakfast and coffee but nowhere to eat. The sign advertised $50 a night but have to go online to get the price. If you advertise that price on your sign you should honor it if someone says they seen the sign outside of building.

Very run down and out dated. Carpets very dirty and worn. Very noisy refrigerator that we had to unplug in order to sleep. Mattress pad on bed was 6-8 inches short on each side of bed so you were laying partly on just the sheet over the mattress. The Continental breakfast was very minimal. This will be our one and only stay at America’s Best Value Inn.

My stay was good however I was across the hall from the ice machine which seemed to have a leak leaving the hall way soaking wet. Carpets in room could use a good cleaning. Nice staff convenient location.
