"As usual Service was always good except we had to pay additional 4000 php for extra buffet breakfast. What bothered me as paying for relative as only 1200 php but at check in it was 2000 php. I didn’t understand their explanation or it didn’t make sense of the. 800 php difference"

Male and female street vendors sell very different items on the streets of Cebu. Traffic is odd there, I've made a left turn across 3 lanes of traffic in rush hour and not waited over 30 seconds. The vast majority of folks are civil and play by the rules.
