the hotel is near to the Cebu south bus station and a mall with a lot of food, there are also small restaurants and bakeries nearby. There is also like a night bazaar that gets set up in the streets at night nearby. If your looking for attractions then you shouldn’t be on this side of the island (go south) but for transferring or a just looking to stay for a night or a few days is ok. You will see the more rural side of the Philippines around this hotel though. I didn’t feel like it was dangerous, just a bit more rural. The room is clean enough, the internet is strong and the staff are attractive.
