Sanitation terrible, facilities very poor
Posted 26 Jul 2024 on HotelsCleanliness wasn't available, they do not clean daily, dirty floor ready to collapse, no running water only a little, no toilet paper available, no tissue paper, no elevator, air conditioning no so good, dirty towel

Hi sir, this is absolutely unfair. We had your room reserved at ground floor but you wanted a room at the fourth floor. Our frontdesk even reconfirmed a couple of times if you are sure to stay on the fourth floor. You said you preferred the room upstairs. Regarding the running water it was only two days as you could see there were people doing pump maintenance. We were hoping for the consideration of the guests. There was water but the pressure was low. Tissue paper, if consumed you can always ask for another one. We clean daily all the hallway and common areas. As per your room, as long as you do not tell us to enter we do not go inside without permision. Thank you.
