They seemed to want to “game you” at every opportunity to collect more money from you.
The AC barely works, the refrigerator kept going out. Rooms were small and TV didn’t work well. Overall - room was average at best. The one saving grace for hotel was a very nice breakfast.

need to call the maintenance coz of clog toilet that result the water overflow on bowl,..and need to call the reception to replace the towel which the maintenance used it to dry up the floor...and yes, someone came to replace it. but didn't replace the empty tissue role and didn't took the the full garbage...so need to call it again
place it good but not the service.

The staff are polite and always smiling. Nice spacious room. Very good hotel for the price although noisy at night because it is in the city centre.
