The staff were sort of rude. At first they tried to pawn a twin room off on me and connect the beds when I specifically reserved a king. When I gave them my itenerary number they changed their tune. On taking the elevator to my room I couldn't get the elevator to work. A staff member was right there. I inquired and he showed me that you have to insert your room card to access control. When I thanked him he just looked at me like I was stupid.

Beautiful property, cheerful staff. Check-in time is 3pm. Despite arriving at 320pm we waited about 45 minutes for the room. Otherwise, everything was great.

The staff were helpful and pleasant although not as warm and welcoming as in the other hotels. They are generally impersonal except for a few. The shower does not drain fast and the water pools outside the shower. The pool and the environment are nice.

Our stay was very smooth and staff are very friendly and accomodating. We had fun in the pool with the kiddos and room was very good as well with good air conditioned. Thank you again

I wish that there is indoor swimming pool and indoor reception area with aircondition.

Excellent customer service of all the staff. They are all attentive to our needs and everyone greeted us. Such a nice place to unwind. Classy on its own. Felt safe and entertainment at the lobby lounge is a bonus. Thanks to Kristine and others at Cafe Marco. Highly recommended.
