Amenities like paper towel, facial tissue were scarce, or not available, breakfast buffet does not have many choices.

I like this place when I’m on a budget, it’s a budget hotel, walking distance to ayala, everything is accessible.

I always stay here at Mandarin mostly because they have the best rate for a clean room. Great Staff and excellent location to Ayala mall.

Gave us only half of a roll of tissue, you have to call reception for more. Key card didn't work during check in so you have to wait for the IT guys to fix it. Ref, wasn't turned on. We have to call reception because the switch is hidden.
