The place was okay, near malls and convenience stores. It even has small stores around the area. We were asked to pay for a smoking fee during check out even when the room already has a smell of cigarette when we got there.

However, it is stated in the guest registration form, which is signed before check-in, that we charge guests for smoking inside rooms. We always see to it as well that all rooms are cleaned thoroughly before the guest enters. Hence, if there was a cigarette smell, you could have reported this to the front desk immediately. Had a wardrobe in the room with no center rail fitted. unable to hang any clothes which was inconvenient.
