Staffs needs training,very unprofessional. I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! The lady that was helping us at first ,She let us wait outside For awhile & was Really HOT so thats why we asked the guard instead STIILL NOT HELPING AT ALL !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!STAFFS NEEDS TRAINING ..

The host needs to improve her costumer service. The roof was leaking it was dripping next to the television. The bathroom was stinky no exhaust fan.

STAY.AWAY.FROM.THIS.PLACE!!!

Please do not waste your time here. Don’t be deceived with their photos. This place is terrible. Communication is terrible, place is hot as an oven because A/C does not work well, staff are hard to reach because cellular signal is very weak inside so you have to go outside just to call for help from them and you have to be bounced at 3 different staff to contact on one simple issue like the wifi password. I left the property because of the inconvenience and requested a refund but they refuse to pay me back even though i never stayed for more than 5minutes in this property. It is a trap to steal your money. They told me I booked my reservation from expedia even though i booked it through hotels.com —just realize how they’re mismanaging this business. Stay away.

Amazingly wonderful place

It was perfect for our valentines date the area is amazingly suitable for a quiet relaxed and comfortable stay. We had the chance to stroll safely within the premises at night while jogging early mornings.

First: We were not able to stay at Kara’s Condotel, not even a minute. We physically went to the property the day BEFORE our reservation because all their phones were down. Even Expedia can not reach them. Try it! It’s January 5, 2022 today. We found out that this place DO NOT have water, electricity and WiFi as stated in the Expedia website and as was stated on the Expedia receipt itinerary. It took me about 7 agents via chat with Expedia and via phone call with Expedia at 1800 397 3342, to finally get processed our refund today! I did not hit the cancel button on the Expedia automatic chat because the fine line states that when you hit the cancel button that you understand that there won’t be a refund. Now, why would I spend money on a place that says they have WiFi, water and electricity BUT there is none? And we wasted our time on this place that we almost lucked out on a hotel that ACTUALLY has those basic amenities! Luckily, we were able to find a different one that has all those BASIC amenities. Kara’s Condotel messaged me that they still open their doors for those people who just needed roof who are okey WITHOUT water, WiFi , electricity. And they (Kara’s Condotel) saidcannot initiate refund right away upon our request because they needed until our reservation date ends. And I spoke to Expedia, this wasn’t the case at all. Kara’s Condotel gave me a run around! And these are FACTS! I hope your experience with Kara’s Condotel would be a pleasant one. Mine was NOT!

Hey Brian and Estrelita, Firstly, there was an outage in the whole province due to damage by typhoon Odette. We were not operating at 100% since we are powered by a generator at that time. We explained this to you and this is not acceptable to you. So you know only the big hotels were able to operate at 100%. You were furious and asked for a refund to which we agree. We asked Expedia to give this to you. Expedia told me you should call them to cancel. I relayed this information to you. You mentioned that Expedia could not reach us. It is because both our Smart and Globe number does not have a signal since the lines cellular signal was also intermittent. You mentioned that our account should be taken out of Expedia. Do you know how many families who were homeless by the typhoon were accommodated by us? At least 10 families were helped because we remained open. About the refund process, we were advised by Expedia to inform you. There was no intention of not giving you a refund at all. Why would we do that? The truth is we really cannot give an instant refund for online booking it has to go through the right process. It was not as fast as you want but we are just following the process.

Very nice big pool clean well furnished room, good communication with owner, very nice breakfast.
