No laundry service and charge 350 for the iron,and upon check out we were charge another 350 because my husband cut his fingers and the bedsheet had a very tiny blood stain its ok if they charge that but they should include that in their policy and infirm the customers ahead of time,staff are very friendly ,facilities is clean and it us centrally located .

But our team makes every effort to deliver a genuine service that is all from the heart which made stays of some guests, memorable and very satisfactory. We also checked your concern about the Flat Iron charges worth P350, upon verifying your transaction details, hotel did not charge you for Flat Iron. We only charge you for the blood stain worth P350. During the check in process, you also signed and acknowledged our hotel policies which includes damaged and stained items. We also gave you a copy of our hotel policies after the registration. Reviews we get, both positive and negative are welcomed and even inspire us to strive harder and improve for the best. Rest assured, that your comment on laundry services shall be raised and discussed with the management committee.Thank you for choosing Hamersons Hotel Cebu.
