Family Stay
Posted 17 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe listing was a little unclear but it was a two room suite. The second room had a twin size bed. It was perfect for my partner and I, traveling with my mother. The security team was great with us and helped in an emergency we had to get us to the hospital and took very good care of us over the following days going back and forth to the hospital. I'm so glad we had my mom in the same suite with us when the emergency happened.

I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. I will stay there again on my next trip to Cebu.
