"It’s a decent place. Dated. Old accommodations. The AC was out, so it was rather hot throughout the hotel. But overall, worth $86 a night. Have stayed at far worse places. The staff is what makes it worthwhile though. As I’ve come to expect, Filipinos are the friendliest of people. Will bend over backwards to make you happy. Prices were more than reasonable on food and drinks. I was always treated with a smile. I look forward to staying at the sister hotel, Nustar. Cebu’s first and only 5 star...
