Think hard

This hotel has about 100 rooms and only about 5 with hot water, and they don't advise the room they check you into doesn't have it until after you are checked in and complain about it to the front desk.
After I complained they said oh we could move you to a room with it.
When I spoke with the manager he said he advises all guests before check in that they don't have it, however I was not advised and super upset when I went to have a shower.
Again after I complained they did move me a room with it, but it definitely wasn't as nice of a room.
I will not return

needs improvement
Posted 1 Dec 2023 on HotelsI'm in Cebu on Business for a week. I had to cut my stay at this hotel because the place was not very inviting. The handles in the showers were falling off. Then I was late in the meeting because when I was about to take a shower the entire hotel ran out of water because of a broken pipe. There was no advice about the repairs, I only found out when I was in the shower and no water came out. The staff was good but they can only do so much. The hotel needs a lot of improvement and renovation.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was filled with antiques. It’s just sad that this hotel seemed to have less guest and some restaurants/ bars are not functioning.
The hall way looks like a hospital hall way. Very sad and scary.
But, we did enjoy since we could avoid the crowd and noisiness of the city.
It was relaxing. We could use the pool all by ourselves too.
Unfortunately, not too much items to choose from the menu since they don’t have enough ingredients in the kitchen.

Expect that you’ll have shortage of choices from the menu.

Posted 3 Jan 2020 on HotelsI booked the hotel for my whole family back in the Philippines. They said, the room is clean and big but the AC was inside the bathroom which they can't understand. My nieces and nephews enjoyed the pool. I thought the breakfast was for free for everyone registered as occupants and a buffet. But they have to pay for the kids breakfast, 200 per person additional and was not a buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly though.
