Not what I expected. A lot smaller than a hotel room. Not as secure as a Hotel. Would not recommend for Solo traveller.

Helen, thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry that the apartment was not what you had envisioned. However, it is posted as a studio on the website. The reality is Ayala is one of the more strict facilities that just does not let anybody inside. Perhaps what you seek is the keycard entry system that is prevalent in most hotels. There have been plenty of business travelers that have been very satisfied with our accomodations. Safe travels.

The shower wasn't as warm as I would like but the staff was excellent. You are well taken care of by Chris Waga if you have any questions contact him. Just remember you are not in your home country and be courteous

Cebu's paradise
Posted 7 Nov 2018 on HotelsThe property is well maintained and located in an amazing area of Cebu where you will find lots of activities and eateries available just a few steps away. The bed was fantastic if you ware into firm/hard beds like I am.

Pleasant Stay , Nice tasteful designed condo
Posted 14 Oct 2018 on HotelsVery much enjoyed my stay , the only thing that made the condo uncomfortable was the A/C unit , very noisy and also positioned above the bed which I know can’t be helped but it was annoying , otherwise a very nice condo with all the amenities needed ,

Great place to stay in Cebu city

Not only was the property amazing but very affordable for all the great amenities & location. I have to thank Chris for being a wonderful host that would text me every day asking about my stay & all the great suggestions. You dont ever get that from an ordinary hotel. Ill be back in Cebu again, and now I know I can count on the Avida Towers & Chris! Thanks again

Absolutely Amazing
Posted 29 Aug 2018 on HotelsStayed recently for a 4days quick getaway. Room size was just fine for me and my husband and it was beautifully appointed. Lots of eateries within the area...
Love the amenities and cleanliness as well. Location was excellent, very central to everything. The staff were very helpful especially the owner Chris. He rocks! I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

二人で予約していたが掛け布団が1人分しかなく初日は友人が掛け布団無しとなった。また、シャワーが
最終日以外湯が出ず不便であった。
