The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to, offering genuine warmth and helpful advice throughout my stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, a detail I always appreciate, and the comfort they offered was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. One of the absolute highlights was the 24/7 hot water—a seemingly small detail that makes a huge difference, especially after a long day of adventuring in the Andes. Knowing I could always enjoy a warm shower was incredibly comforting. But the true hidden gem of this hotel has to be the stunning terrace located on the fourth floor. It's not just a terrace; it's a tranquil oasis! The views from up there are simply beautiful and incredibly relaxing, offering a panoramic vista of Pisac that allows you to truly soak in the town's charm. "The only thing that I didn’t like about this place was a sign when you get into your room that say no outside food or drink allowed. Being American travelers having bottled water is a must. They didn’t say anything but the message was off putting. Other than that it was comfortable. "

"The staff was so warm and welcoming. They arranged transportation and made recommendations on things to do. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The interior garden courtyard is such a pretty setting to enjoy. The showers are a bit old and dated, but so were most of the others during our Peru trip. The breakfast was very nice and generous."
