"I stayed at four hotels during my trip, and this one ruined my experience. Despite paying through Expedia, the hotel receptionist charged me again on-site, and I never got my money back. The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location. Additionally, everything had to be paid for in cash and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible."

"This was a horrible experience. I went to the hotel and they said the hotel is full, no room for you. I have informed them that I have already pre paid my stay through hotels.com!! They said we haven’t accepted your booking, but in the same time hotels.com are telling me that the booking is confirmed!! I need my money back!!"
