There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

They are not ready to open

The air conditioner wasn’t working, the water was coming out red and smelled like copper. The elevator buttons turn on and off randomly. Every time that I called reception they hung up on me. A very bad and unnecessary experience.

When I booked the hotel in the advertised have a massage when arrive the hotel I asked the reception about massage says we don’t have

Horrible, made me pay extra for a room which I did originally booked and only the second day they offered me the actual room I booked but then charged me extra, staff advised me to smoke in the room, like that is acceptable. Not even in my own home is that acceptable.

Dear Jessica;I will review your reservation on the subject.Smoking is allowed in the rooms upon request, can you use our restaurant and bar terrace outside the room.We issue datura as much as the swallows you have paid and we cannot overpay. However, there may be an agency commission rate for the reservations you have made through the agency. Perhaps you have encountered such a situation.,Thank for your understanding
