The property is in walking distance from the water taxi dropoff. That was a plus for us. The staff were polite. The suite was clean with one or two exceptions. The exceptions, the two chairs in the front room were very dirty. Other than the two dirty chairs, great.

We liked having a balcony on Main Street, people watching and living in town was great. Staff were very accommodating. While we had a bathtub, there was no spigot to fill it , so showers were the norm. Having a big water dispenser in our room was lovely. Minimum plastic. I’ll be back.

Yvan is the absolute best! Everything about this place was great. We actually got stuck two extra nights due to a tropical storm, and Yvan was so accommodating. The rooms are cleaned daily, and everything was great with what is available in Caye Caulker. Very close to The Split && Tarpon feeding. We will definitely be back!!!!
