Clean and modern. Basically an office hotel in a commercial area which means its quiet at night and lots of parking.

Hotel is situated in the middle of what seems an industrial estate.
We used the place a a simple over nighter to our holiday destination. Place is outdated but comfortable.
Strong smell of cigarettes in the halls and breakfast options was disappointing even for Italy.
But as I said for a quick one nighter it was ok.

Solid option... ...if you have a car.

The local of the hotel is in a business/industrial area of Caviargo, a town beside Reggio Emilia. You really will be better off driving back and forth between the hotel and where you wanna go.
The room was basic but clean. Wifi is strong. Breakfast is good.
Front desk is very helpful as well.
