Terrible room. After check in our key cards did not work. Had to return to the front desk, clear around the parking lot, and get new keys. Finally getting into the room, the bathroom was disgusting. The tile floor was soggy and squishy. Ooze squeezed out with every step. Do not stay there.

Charge me an extra $111 said it was refunded no refund yet sent a card just a whole for security. No charge would be put on it. Charge me this amount I would like my money back.

I have been watching my checking account since we got home on Saturday, September 21, and I see a debit from Days Inn at Cave City for $62.02. I’ve waited for it to reverse itself and it has not. When we first arrived, we could not get Wi-Fi in our room (room 130). I kept going back to the front desk to try to get the situation resolved. I could get onto the Wi-Fi at the reception area but not in the room. The young lady at the reception desk was very understanding. Finally, we were given another room in which the Wi-Fi worked.

The hotel was good for the money even though there were a few problems. In my family's room they found blood on the wall. In both room the toilets were the size you find in a kindergarten. But the flush power was startling. In my room the television would come on at times and at other times it just blinked green. I would have been ok with an elevator because I had my elderly parents with me. But all in all, for the price, it was good.
