"Chateau Cavanac has the most beautiful pool i have ever experienced. The food was very good but you had to have 3 courses for dinner which you can do for a couple of days but after that we would have gone out to eat dinner. The local wines that came with the meal, i thought were Good The rooms are amazing, full of old world charm (and surprises in the old tower anyway) The whole place is very peaceful and relaxed. A great stay

"The hotel is inside the walled city, right next to the basilica. As no car is allowed to drive to the castle, the hotel offers a free shuttle to pick/drop you to the parking lot where you get in/off the taxi. The hotel has a lot of history but the condition itself needs some maintenance. The view from the hotel is unbeatable and the staff are super friendly. Overall is a very nice stay. Remember to book a taxi before arrival "

" I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition. One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. This made coming and going from the hotel a breeze, and I appreciated not having to worry about finding a parking spot. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay. The cleanliness and parking situation really set this hotel apart from others in the area."
