Quaint elegant place. Hostesses were best ever. So kind to the kids and provided a wonderful breakfast for our party of 8.

Marena and Ruth are respectfully doing the best job that they can to maintain this property. It is not a hotel, it's a bed and breakfast facility. This is the hardest review to make. The experience is in incredible but the facility is needing upkeep and repair after Covid and Odette. Shameful that the ownership is not responsive to upkeep.

I went to this hotel to get away from the big city. Virginia and her staff were very friendly and professional. We were made to feel welcome at arrival. Beautiful ocean views and breakfast on the rear terrace was amazing! Thank you Virgina! My girlfriend enjoyed our stay with you too.

Turned up at the Hotel 9.00pm but couldn’t get in .It was the 1st night of our 2 night stay ut it was locked

Last minute booking was received late afternoon on 03 Oct for 1 Adult, 2n, ID2022056897. If there are no late arrivals we normally close our gate when the last member of the staff leaves, between 8.30 and 9pm. Upon receiving the last minute booking approx. 6pm I requested my housekeeper to stay until 10pm as there was no advise of the Guest's ETA. The gate was closed but unlocked for security reasons but I stayed up until 2AM in the morning, in and out of the property checking if the Guest has arrived. I checked again around 4AM and confirmed booking was a no show.Earlier in the evening (around 10.57pm), after my housekeeper left, I sent an em to expedia booking notif ETA and copied em add of the guest thru expedia messaging system,no reply. I tried contacting expedia bookin notif again at 23.17, same I did not get any reply of the whereabouts of the Guest. Nobody was at the gate at 9pm and the gate was not locked. Our email address and contact nos are provided in our site to enable Guests to contact us direct when necessary. Guests can also reach us out thru expedia messaging system. We normally get an advise re ETA for last minute bookings and late arrivals, unfortunately for this booking I waited up until the wee hours of the morning for the Guest to arrive. At 4AM I confirmed this was a no show but the room was kept for Mr Barron for the entire booking dates. As a gesture of goodwill I am happy to accommodate Mr Barron with the same Booking ID if he decides to stay in the future and kindly advise ETA. I am not happy that this happened but please do not say we are "terrible" because we are not. Las Flores is a family run business and we are genuine people.

Old house look like a haunted one but very comfortable environment Reminder of my childhood Tub zinc bidet and furniture are from early 1900 style The view is beautiful to the sea Far trip from cebu of about two hours

What an absolute surprise! We just needed a place to stay for one night and booked this place by chance, and we did not regret it! The super friendly staff welcomed us to this villa. Ou room had an ocean view, and the balcony was less than 30 meters from the ocean. Breakfast was surved on the patio just by the ocean, and us being the only guests we were very well taken care of. The only drabacks were the shower lacking a bit of pressure and for me, being 189 cm tall, the shower hose was a little short. We did see a cockroach in our bathroom, which seemed to be more of an issue for me than for my filipina fiancée. Over all an amazing stay, and I hope we can stay there for a couple of nights some time in the future. Also, it was pretty amazing that the owner said good bye to me in Swedish, my native language.

Property is right on the ocean, quiet, well kept, great food and best of all are the wonderful hosts and their staff. Top shelf all around.

Not what we were expecting, much better in fact. A luxury cabin and tropical paradise all in one. Large well kept yard with lawns and many trees, and huge guest rooms with balcony overlooking the ocean. One thing to note, the map on this site shows the location as being away from the water, but this is a waterfront property with a private beach.
