There was train nearby, dog barking last night, saw stink bugs and breakfast was bad. Very thin walls and can hear people in other rooms nearby. The room was ok, good comfortable bed and good air conditioning with constant fan option.

Nice staff, hot tub jets didn't work. Could use some updating and cleaning. Breakfast was out of a lot of stuff an hour before it ends and they didn't refill. Other than that nice stay

I love the back area where there is a nice smoking shelter. Like many of todays hotels,the FREE BREAKFAST leaves much to be desired. Waffles with biscuits and gravy was available the first morning. Just the waffles on the second. At least there is a Waffle house at the property.

We have a problem with the manager she call the other managers on duty tell him that our kids were stealing at the gas station and food store we when to the station and talk to the people in there they said that they paid for everything they got and on the food store they were ordering by the drivetru and they just told them to be careful with the car i don't know how she got that our kids were stealing the manager on duty told us that he was just passing what he was told that he didn't know anything what happens thas why we went to the gas station and talked to the people in there they said our kids were fine and paid for everything they got we will never return to a hotel like that thank you for the hospitality we are Tacoma park dreamers we went to play the regional on west Virginia we stayed at the hotel 5 nights we where 16 families

Please be assured that the intention was never to unfairly accuse or upset anyone, especially the children. We have discussed the matter internally and reviewed the reports from the gas station and food store, which confirmed that there were no issues with your group’s transactions, the children were told they had to pay for their fountain drinks as they were trying to walk out of the gas station without paying for their refills. After the children were stopped by the gas station clerk, they had went to the counter and paid. There was no intention on accusing of theft, the manager was only trying to relay the message gave to her to the parents so no kids would get in trouble. The message was relayed incorrectly to the parents and we are truly sorry for the inconveniences. We understand how important it is to feel welcome and respected, especially when traveling for significant events like your regional tournament.
