Disappointing!

We had to change rooms 3 times. The two bed room was not ready. They gave use a second room with two beds the door lock was broken so we had to change again. The third room was not set up with towels pillows etc. the rugs in this room were filthy with stains. They were not well vacuumed.

The hotel is a little scruffy from the out side but inside the bar, reception and dinning area its very nice the rooms are well equipped but again a little tired the staff were excellent and very frindly would definitely stay here again and good value for money

Staff failed to provide enough information about parking resulting in us being fined, and then couldn't even assist us to pay the fine which was in Italian (we are Australian) - they outright accepted zero responsibility whatsoever and were extremely unhelpful. Would NEVER stay here again. It was appalling and disgusting behaviour from so called service professionals. Very disappointed.
