Bad start and end but otherwise okay.

- had to change in a pokey smelly room that was my most unpleasant experience of the whole trip

Pre-early flight short stay.
Posted 17 Jan 2023 on HotelsWe stayed for one night only, prior to an early flight. The room was very clean and comfortable.
It’s located conveniently for sights in central Catania and is well run by a couple of gentlemen who spoke enough English to communicate the basics.
I’d certainly stay for longer on any return to Catania. Good value.

Our room was facing the street, so it was a bit noisy in the morning because of the traffic and garbage cars. Other than than everything was fine. I'd recommend it to others.

The Day of stay you got welcomed bu our night auditor, sorry for not meeting you.
Our accomodation is not a hotel or an apartment, but a GuestHouse with different design rooms varying in size from 24 to 40 square meters and furnished in detail, all with en-suite bathrooms, along with corridors, a common lounge area and a reception open 24 hours a day. Your home in the heart of town has been cleverly designed to give you everything you need. Sumptuous beds, high-quality linen, en suite shower room, an HDTV. With complimentary toiletries, plenty of hanging space. Individual controlled air-conditioning. Free wifi, of course.
