The breakfast selection was fantastic. The cappuccinos were perfect. The bed was really firm and that was the only criticism.

Staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Excellent service. Hotel clean. Surrounding area appeared safe but dirty and sad to see such an historical city covered in graffiti and garbage. Sadly seems like most of Sicily is covered in trash bags and plastic bottles. Might help to clean it up. For health reasons

Hotel room was old & bed was rock hard. Couldnt sleep, it was that bad. Blinds would not close

Dear Madam,We are really sorry that your stay at our Hotel was so terrible for you!Our Hotel is in a recently renovated historical building and we tried to make it confortable with modern equipments keeping its personality.We have italian blinders in every room to make it completely dark, you should just have asked how to operate it.As far as the hard bed is concerned, matress confort is very subjective: if you had notified your problem we could have added a thick soft topper to you bed to improve your confort.Hoping to be able to have you again in Catania as our welcome guest in a more confortable situation
