A good location if you are using the trains and buses. It is also in easy walking distance of the historical centre of town. The phone number on hotels.com is incorrect. The number to call to arrange check in is 39 3291576417.

We found the person who locked after us (Matteo) was excellent. He respnded quickly to any request we made. Overall a very rewarding stay.

Terrific Bed and Accomodations

We were greeted by Matteo who accommodated our stay. The bed was fantastic but the floor was clearly not mopped for quite sometime and was dirty. The room was large and inviting with a balcony window and a medium size bathroom. The room, however, was designed for tall people as the closet Rod and shower head could not be easily reached. The kitchen was conveniently located steps away from our room and was open all day with all amenities for a great breakfast.

We finished up staying at a different B&B owned by the same person. Location was questionable. Room was pleasant but the breakfast was a walk away. Felt safe in the room but outside at night is not recommended.

Excellent B&B

Excellent B&B. Great breakfast and excellent service from the ladies who run the property. It's only 500m from the train station and approximately 10 minute walk into the main restaurant, bar, and shopping area. Would definitely recommend.
