"The location is unbeatable, the hotel is clean and well appointed, people are wonderful both at reception and the terrace. Breakfasts are good and always served with a smile. The only 'issue' for me was the lack of a proper reception area where you could sit and rest for a few minutes. Thank you to all that helped us have a great vacation."

"Our room was modern and pleasant. Having the amenities of a studio flat was ideal for us and far better than a hotel for our needs. The online service hub sorted out our request promptly. The property is within ten minutes walk of the Old City in a nice neighbourhood. You do need to cross a very busy road five minutes walk away. "One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

"Simple accommodations in a great location. We loved being so close to the Valencia Silk Exchange and the cathedral. Valencia is a wonderful city and we look forward to visiting again. The apartment was comfortable, and we were glad to be able to wash our clothes! The staff was very helpful and brought over a laundry detergent pod so we didn't have to go out and buy a whole lot more than we needed. "

"Happy to find this place near the train station. The location was perfect for me as the area is near hip pubs/restaurants and also not far from the old town. There is a metro station in front of the hotel. The service was excellent, they offered suggestions on what to do, they have bikes for rent and one can get the busy tickets from them. My suite had all the things I needed, a fridge, a microwave, water heater, Nespresso machine and a bread toaster. There was a hot plate but I didn't use it....

"Good overal, we did not get cleaning service 2 days. Of which 1 was adviseer die to the storm, but the second was not. We also were informed by the recepción that water was only included in the first night…. We stayed 5 nights! A bit strange, especially in a place where tap water is not used to drink and you get a coffee machine, which is totally unusable without clean water. "
