Damp and unclean
We had a booking for 3 nights but when we arrived we were told he didn't have our booking and he was full so couldn't stay. He called a friend who collected us and we stayed 1 night at his. Unfortunately he was full for the next 2 nights so he arranged for us to return to Hostal Playa Brava. The only room available was ensuite so we had to pay more than our original booking. The room was very small, had no window, and something was leaking so a large area of the floor was wet and made the room smell badly of damp. The kitchen was often left dirty.

Mucho por mejorar
Creo que deberían estar más atentos a las reservas que les hacen por las distintas plataformas y buscar una forma de que no se topen. También arreglar las goteras de las habitaciones y lavar mejor los cubre camas.

No respetan las reservas
Realmente no me fue, hice la reserva en su sitio, dias antes del viaje, llegamos cansados luego de un largo viaje y adivinen, habían arrendado la pieza que se supone que era para nosotros, no se porque se suscriben a un sitio serio de hoteles sino respetan las reservas, no reserven en esta residencial, porq cuando lleguen no tendrán nada.

No respetaron la reserva
La experiencia fue horrible ya que a pesar de haber llamado insistentemente nunca nos contestaron, incluso llamamos a hoteles.com, y dijerom que la reservw estaba confirmada, pues al llegar ahi, no estaba y el hotel estaba lleno. Una falta de respeto, irresponsable, al llegar alla habia una persona de edad que dijo que el no veia esas cosas y que el hotel estaba lleno. Ademas en la pagina aparecia que habia parking gratis y no es asi, no tiene estacionamiento.

Excelente servicio y muy buenas personas.... Al frente de un bar hace que no se duerma muy bien en la habitación y sólo un baño para todo el hostal (con ducha).. pero en general es céntrico y muy bueno. Ideal para mochileros

Excelente atención y ubicación
El Lugar estaba muy cerca de todo, buena vista hacia la Bahía y el dueño siempre preocupado de si me faltaba o necesitaba algo. La limpieza y aseo siempre fueron de la mejor!
