very difficult for the disabled, I use a cane, and at the reception they gave me a room on the 5th floor, I said it was too high, they knew that only one elevator for two people was working, the other one was inefficient for many years, I understood from the reception, the elevator was being used more than the staff, and it wasn't synchronized, you had to wait a long time, I couldn't take a shower because I couldn't stand up, I needed a chair in the tub, I insisted on getting a room on the ground floor, they told me I could it gives me the 3rd floor, the furniture is miserable, the dirty carpet smelled terribly bad, the position is grand, but the staff at the reception seem corrupt.

Rooms very dated . Payed £9 to park in there own car park discusting very poor

I like the location as it is downtown and everything is very accessible. It is easy to get to the bus station and the train station from there.. There is 24 hour service and they attend to everything you need including finding taxis late into the night. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly.
