"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. "This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. "Cheerful easy check in. Unfortunately not kettle or cups in the rooms which is a bit of a let down for a 4* hotel. WiFi doesn’t appear to reach the balcony. Ideal place to stop near Alicante airport if you are arriving late or departing early plenty of eateries very close by. Airport is approximately ten minutes away and a garage is near the hotel to refuel hire car on way to airport. "
