"First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time."

The breakfast selection was impressive—even with my dietary restrictions, I found plenty of delicious options. The staff stood out for their genuinely warm hospitality and exceptional service; I’d give them more than five stars if possible! From the seamless airport pickup and quick room preparation to resolving a minor issue in record time, every detail was taken care of. Since our study research visit required daily travel to some surrounding remote areas, the staff went above and beyond to arrange reliable cab services, ensuring our commutes were smooth—even during tropical storms. "We usually take trips as a family which I then book a large room. Since I was alone this time for a short weekend visit to my wife's relatives I booked a small budget room. Surprisingly it was comfortable and clean. The amenities were very nice as they had a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor garden dining area as well as a beautiful cozy indoor dining area. Next time I visit i will book a larger room which does look beautiful on the website. More importantly, I have to give big kudos to the staff who were all very friendly, nice, and helpful. The front desk staff are excellent! "

"Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn't the best and some primary outlets in the room really should be replaced. Very worn out. The included breakfast was very simple but you could order a bit more if wanted. Not a lot of choices. Overall it was nice and enjoyable and clean."
