Everything at the Kairos was great. Breakfast is a must and overall the room family room was comfortable.

We just had the most amazing three nights at Kairos at Lake Garda!!! Amazing staff, breakfast and room is very comfortable and cosy!

Posted 24 Sep 2023 on HotelsIt was a pleasure staying in this hotel. The service was above and beyond, particularly Miss Dianna at the front desk and Miss Oksana at breakfast time. The staff was wonderful and provided an excellent service, the hotel is convenient and nearby attractions for kids and families. Highly recommended, I wish we stayed there longer!

inflexible, unhelpful, untruthful
Posted 4 Jul 2020 on HotelsWe tried to cancel/rebook our reservation because travel restrictions prevented us from traveling to Italy from the US. The hotel was completely inflexible and even claimed that the reason they were refusing to refund the reservation was because we requested the refund only on the day we were supposed to arrive. That is simply untrue. We had been in correspondence with the hotel for more than a week. The hotel may be a wonderful place to stay, but we will not go there on account of the poor way we were treated.

we are really sorry to receive this kind of review because we do care about
our guests and we always do our best!
During this difficult Covid period, we did a lot of refunds and vouchers to
our guests even if there were not entitled to recieved them because for
some countries there were not ministerial laws that forbade travelling
to/from our destination.
We always managed to find a solution with our Guests beacuse we were fully
aware about the very difficult moment for every body, also for us as hotel.
In your specific case, only when we wrote you to reconfirm your
reservation, you told us that you woulnd't come. Therefore, we kindly
asked you two times to cancel the two rooms you've booked in order to
resell the rooms to other guests and arrange a refund or voucher for you
but you did not cancel them: we therefore had to keep your rooms and
wouldn't be able to resell them to other guests.
Expedia policies says this is a no-show and there's the full charge.

A wonderful , cozy, friendly hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious . Cornetti were delicious. kids loved it.
