Everyone was really nice to us, it was just horrible service. They made us move tables because someone apparently reserved the one they sat us at, which is fine. But the people showed up 20 minutes after us and still had their order taken before us. The wine tour guide was nice and knowledgeable, but he kept disappearing. Us and the other people were just sitting there with empty glasses and no snacks. The other people even got up and walked around to look for him. I feel we became more frustrated then relaxed at a wine resort, which is sad.

Absolutely loved this place! It’s stunning and perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Super romantic for couples. The only thing I would’ve liked is more activities—there’s no spa and not much nearby—but they do offer wine tastings and a charming picnic in the vineyards. As an interior designer, I was so impressed by how thoughtfully everything was designed, with every detail beautifully connected. Plus, the view from our room was just fabulous!

Posted 1 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe view is incredible, offering an unbelievable panorama you can find anywhere else. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Staffs are friendly and always smiling. They are both kind and professional. The food was delicious, and the wine made by the hotel is exceptional. It is located in a quiet and beautiful place, approximately an hour from Siena and Florence.
