The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful! It was a great location as well, easily walkable to the Rialto bridge and San Marco. I highly recommend this hotel!

The property is beautiful, very clean, food is great and I can’t say enough about the staff. They are the best!!!! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks everyone for making our stay so pleasant.

This was an amazing property, central to all of the Venice sights and very easy to navigate to and from. The room was exquisite - spacious and very well appointed and we made ample use of the gym facilities. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Strongly suggest visiting the restaurant on prem if you can as it is amazing.

Loved our stay and the property. Amazing location, comfortable beds, phenomenal restaurant and breakfast spread. Easy to get around from this prime location.
Only knock was the VIP weren’t great. The tour was a water taxi drop off to Murano, which was nice, but we had to find our own way back. They just drop you off at a glad blowing factory and you’re on your own after that. Generally that’s find, but not really a tour. Also didn’t get any room upgrade. We got what we booked, so not sure they can really call that a VIP amenity.
Despite that, the hotel and stay were still great! Highly recommend
