"The staff were good, helpful and friendly. The cabin was excellent. Well appointed and perfect for me. However the directions given and address are incorrect and misleading, when I queried this I was told everyone has that problem; so why don’t they correct it. The entrance is on a different road which is simple to find. Also the pictures by the beach are wrong. This is NOT by the beach. "

Our room was taken by someone else when we arrived, we were told it was someone’s mistake at midnight, so we were sent to another hotel which had no promised parking lot available, also there wasn’t any water cup in the room, ridiculous and we need to get our money refunded."

There are also a few parking space outside the hotel, and if they are full there is also ample street parking. However when we checked in to the hotel, the staff there obviously did not know how to retrieve our money paid via hotels.com through the system and she was asking us to pay onsite again. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
