Castelli Romani hotel rooms a the Occidental

"Check in was great. Staff was very helpful to set up taxi service to the airport and followed up as needed. Toilet had a minor issue that was promptly fixed by staff. Breakfast was good. Hotel is very close (2 blocks) to Rome train station. Rooms have good air conditioning. "

"Close to the airport. You have to locate the shuttle outside terminal 3. The food at the restaurant was great. "

"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Trastevere is walking distance from the bus and trolley, not much from the train. The AC was a life saver as we’re here for the heat wave! Got a complimentary Chianti wine, discount for the rooftop restaurant and Beatriz helped me find and schedule a last minute tour to Sorrento and Pompeii (she truly was lovely). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"The service at this hotel was amazing. Each morning the refrigerator was fully restocked with complementary juices and water, The room was restocked with complementary dried fruit, cookies, coffee and tea each morning as well. The staff was super friendly getting around was easy. The hotel even partned with the restaurant next door to offer a cooking class. We thoroughly enjoyed the class! No complaints at all. We had a terrific stay!"
