"This place is amazing. It is a beautiful property located in an orange orchard and olive tree farm. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The breakfast was good. Fabrizia was so friendly and so accommodating. She was wonderful. My only regrets are could not stay longer and we could not try their restaurant as it was closed. "

"We really loved our stay here - not sure why the reviews are so bad. The farmhouse has been renovated and is gorgeous - you have a bedroom with another bed on a mezzanine for the kids. "It’s located a few kilometres away from Massafra city centre. As we had a rental car with us, it was very easy for us to get there. The area is very quiet and safe. The property has several types of room. This b & b seems to be quite open for a couple and family. We stayed in the double room. It’s very spacious and clean. The wifi was very weak. The connection keeps getting cut off. "

"Reserved this hotel because of the hot tubs on the roof and checking in they informed they are never available till November sometime. No where does it say that in advertising, only pictures of the hot tubs on the main page. Disappointing. Having said that it was clean and comfortable in a nice town to walk at night."

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay - the beautiful rooms, the stunning spa, the delicious and generous breakfast, and the spectacular surrounds. We felt totally spoilt for our stay. We parked about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, in a parking building (€1 per hour), which was handy enough to the hotel. Highly recommend!"

"This property deserves a big thumbs up. Cave rooms were very well designed with a lot of attention to detail (lights, candles, custom shower gels). Breakfast was one of the best I had recently with a lot of local cheese and fruits instead of banal buffet items. Ricotta was simply amazing. Staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again. The only recommendation I would give is that since each room is unique I would put each room and its images separately instead of room category. "
