"We had just come off a Rick Steves tour of Venice, Florence and Rome and took an express train south to Naples and treated ourselves to a seaview deluxe room at the Royal Continental and the view was fabulous, the room comfy and clean and the staff gracious and accomodating. There is a busy waterfront promenade but take a room at least 3 stories above and it wont be too noisy and once you close the balcony doors it is quiet. Love this treat of a hotel! So many trattorias, cafes and ristorantes around N the breakfast buffet with waterview all glass wall seating is to die for!"

"Delightful hotel with friendly observant staff. Room condition was so clean. The pool was great with each area to the side of the pool guaranteed sun during the day. The rooftop bar was stunning. Option to walk or get the train to Sorrento was useful and better than the extortionate taxi. Sorrento hotel prices are on the high side. Great to stay here and travel a little into the centre of the town. The only improvement to the hotel I would suggest is the addition of a kettle and coffee to the room. A coffee on the balcony would have been the perfect start to the day."

"This was an amazing resort set on side of cliff. It was a 15 minute wslk to the town. The bar in lounge and at the beach were terrific. It was very quiet though, no one at pool and beach area pretty quiet too. Nightly music was lovely outside. Our weather wasnt great sadly and i guess early in season so hotel not too busy. But overall staff were nice and the resort is certainly worth seeing."
