Property was conveniently 6km outside of Bologna with gate for security. We had a rental car so that was reassuring.
This B&B is located on a busy road so traffic is loud very early in the morning.
Pool & outdoor seating area was not maintained and rather dirty- we booked this property because of warm weather and it had a pool .. pictures in the listing looked nice , but in person was not as represented.
The room itself was decent & had a larger shower which was a bonus. During check in, we were asked not to open the bedroom window because an outdoor spray was done the day before to kill off stink bugs (June bugs).
Had we known this about the property and that the outdoor area & pool was basically unusable- we would have booked a different property or hotel.

Dear Sabrina, i'm sorry that you didn't enjoyed but let me make some clarifications to your unfair review:at first place we are in a countryside and we have advantages and disadvantages. One of the advantages of the countryside is the absence of noise, so I disagree with the trafficated road. We close the pool at the 1 of October (as you can read in our website, if you already read it before booking something) so of courese the pool is not avaiable, because it was close.And as we live in countryside it is normal to have bugs etc, but we made the disifestation for them . In plus we made an upgrade for your room, giving to you a more beautiful an comfy room. So I find your reviw unfair and wicked.

Incredible! I chose this property because of the location (close to the airport). It was a short drive to the University.
I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Bologna.
Very nice owners, super clean and the pool is much nicer than the pictures show.

Bellissima location in mezzo al verde
Posted 4 Jul 2020 on HotelsSiamo stati qui per un viaggio di lavoro ed abbiamo apprezzato enormemente la bellezza dei locali, il fatto che sia circondato dal verde e che abbia un splendida piscina molto ben manutenuta. Esperienza da ripetere in futuro!

Posted 2 Aug 2023 on HotelsBuon soggiorno.ottima la stanza,molto gentilmente ci hanno dato una stanza più comoda alla piscina che si era liberata anche se ne avevamo prenotato un'altra.
Ottima la possibilità di usare l'esterno e la piscina così come la possibilità di farsi la colazione al mattino a qualsiasi ora. Ottima posizione per avvicinarsi all'aereoporto.
Unica pecca l'insonorizzazione ed i cuscini del letto

Paradiso nel verde...
