"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"Prior to arrival it wasn’t stated how to check in. The building is above a grocery store attached to a strip mall that’s very difficult to access at first. The area was quite a ways from Rome City Center and taxis were very upset taking us out to the residence. "

"Great property. Front desk staff was great! When we got there our room AC was not working and the front desk lady went above and beyond to help us! She also advised us how to order groceries since I was traveling late with a toddler that needed to drink milk. Comfortable room and amazing staff. The only down side is that is a little far from the city and you will have to either use public transportation or Uber, but if you’re willing to walk a little or pay extra for Uber is the right place...
