"I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. "O atendimento do hotel em si foi bom. Mas infelizmente fui acordada antes das 06:00 com hóspedes barulhentos no corredor, gritando super alto e a gritaria permaneceu por horas (acho que era uma excursão de alguma coisa). O banheiro estava tomado de mofo e com um cheiro muito forte, da escada conseguiriam me ver tomando banho, pois ela dava pro corredor do primeiro andar e não tinha como fechar, tive que colocar a toalha de rosto para ter privacidade. "We regularly stay at this hotel while in BH for a day or two when visiting the wife's family...Good opportunity to relax for a night before heading home. They've been through a few ownerships over the years (and some renovations were being undertaken in the dining area, so jackhammering during the day....Thank God not at night)....Breakfast and overall service was good, staff not overly friendly with smiles but adequate."

"A localização é ótima, o quarto é confortável, sendo apenas 2 beliches no quarto, os funcionários são bem educados. Contras: não tem armário com chave ou cadeado, falta organização no sistema de reserva (fui abordada algumas vezes sobre a minha reserva e cobraram em duplicidade), a cozinha é muito pequena e utilizada por muitas pessoas, incluindo funcionários, não tem copos, só tem um fogão de indução com 2 bocas, a pia e o chão da cozinha e banheiros quase sempre sujos (hóspedes não colaboram)....

Lovely staff, great food & facilities

"I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future."
