"The room is quaint and well-designed. It is a few metres from the sea, very close to at least three lovely coffee shops, and less than 15 mins walk to many good restaurants. Bus no. 21 to take you to the centre of Pescara leaves from a few seconds away and is quite frequent - I usually waited around 10 mins or so. The owner is available through Whatsapp for any queries. "I did NOT get to stay there! when I arrived (after 2 flights- 10 hours & 2 hours drive) no one was there, place locked & no one answered the phone. After 1 hour standing in the street - No Parking available - in 95 degree I gave up and drove away. Luckily I found a Hotel room nearby and paid for one night. They finally contacted me, and gave me their excuses. I had paid in advance for 4 nights! THEY NEVER OFFERED A REFUND!! Terrible Business!!"
