Amazing stay
Posted 28 Aug 2022 on HotelsWe had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean, the swimming pool with its bar was amazing! As for the staff, they were all really kind and helpful, especially Gabriele, who provided us with great tips for meals and visits! We'll definitely come back!

The staff was wonderful (especially Gabriel) he recommended a fabulous dinner recommendations and also sent us an email after once we checked out, to let us know that we had left a jacket behind. The breakfast was excellent, beautiful property and nice pool.
Our only complaint was that air conditioner did not work in our room for our two night stay !

Very clean and beautiful property. View is stunning. Great breakfast. Staff are very nice, friendly and always trying to help. Easy access for travelling around Siena. Definitely coming again here if we visit the area again. Would highly recommend.

4 amazing days in Tuscany!

Room size is decent. Hotel breakfast comes with a good view. The photos look better than actual room. Nice staff.

Good but need some work
Posted 30 Jul 2019 on HotelsOverall a good hotel, breakfast area is nice and the pool is ok, the jacuzzi is a nice touch. The room is extremely basic.
The property definitely needs some renovation or update.

Ti ringraziamo per la tua recensione e ci scusiamo per tutto ciò non sia stato di vostro gradimento.
Purtroppo negli anni 2019-2021 l’hotel ha avuto una gestione esterna che non è stata all’altezza della situazione.
Attualmente l’Hotel è in ristrutturazione per renderlo bello e funzionale com’era prima.
Riapriremo ad Aprile 2022 con una nuova gestione che siamo sicuri renderà il soggiorno dei nostri futuri ospiti indimenticabile.
Speriamo vogliate tornare a trovarci.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They suggested a winery and set up the reservation for us. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining area was very nice. The hotel’s location and views are beautiful. The rooms are in fair condition. Everything was clean. It was simply the age and wear and tear over time that you could see on the room. However, for the price, this was an outstanding option, and I would stay there again.
