If you are driving to the hotel, It’s a ZTL zone so contact the hotel to make arrangements for your car to be garaged. Don’t need a car here. It is in the best location!!!"

"This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! The morning fog covered the valley, all you could see were the church steeples peaking through, you heard the nice old ladies talking in the streets below while going out for morning bread, the birds were tweeting and cooing. "Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "

"Not real easy to get to but drivers know how to get within 50 feet The hotel is right on the main walking street so can get noisy if the college age students are out Walking to anything in the city is fast and is worth a visit as there are plenty of nice restaurants. 1-2 day stay place Front desk helpful and don’t miss the breakfast buffet "

Definitely stay here in Siena

"Great hotel. Professional, friendly, helpful staff in all positions. Nice room, beautiful views. The only tricky part is parking. Make sure you have a definite plan in place before you arrive at the top of the mountain. You may not drive into the restricted area just past the hotel. The hotel does have small lots and valet right in front of the door (although it looks like a no parking zone)."

"Great location, walkable from the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. First night we got a room by the elevator, and it was very loud. Asked the desk to be moved and they happily moved my wife and I to a very quiet room. I would recommend this hotel. Great location, very clean, and excellent staff. "

"Hotel was great for a quick stop through our EU trip. We had three rooms and the staff was great! We enjoyed food and drinks for the bar and everything was delicious! They even have a 24hr sauna which is nice after traveling all day! Beautiful area, wish we had more time here! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had the whole trip and included in stay! "
